Orders & Payments
- How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add the items you wish to purchase to your cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the instructions to complete your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successful. - What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), PayPal, Klarna and SEPA bank transfers. All payments are secure and encrypted. - When will my payment be processed?
Payments are processed immediately for cards and PayPal. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days to clear. Your order will be dispatched once payment is received.
Shipping & Delivery
- Where do you ship?
We ship to Germany and all European Union countries only. - How much is shipping?
- Germany: €5.95 flat rate
- EU (outside Germany): €9.95 flat rate
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders within Germany are usually delivered within 1 to 2 business days. EU deliveries typically take 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. - Do you provide tracking?
Yes! All orders are shipped via DHL and include a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment. - Is shipping discreet?
Absolutely. Packages are unbranded and the return address is listed as P.O. Labs.
Returns & Refunds
- Can I return a product?
Yes, but only unopened and unused items can be returned. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for detailed instructions. - What about hygiene products?
All hygiene products are shrink-wrapped before shipping. If the seal or outer packaging has been opened, damaged, or removed, we cannot accept a return. - Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items. - How long until I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods. They are issued via your original payment method.

Products & Hygiene
- Are your products safe and hygienic?
Yes. All products are hygiene-sealed, thoroughly cleaned, and packaged in airtight, shrink-wrapped plastic for safety and discretion. - What if the product box or seal is damaged?
Refunds or returns are not accepted if the hygiene seal or outer packaging has been opened or damaged.

- Can I change or cancel my order?
You may request changes or cancellations before the order is shipped by contacting us immediately. Once the order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. - Who can I contact for help?
