Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped with DHL. Every shipment includes tracking, so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is important to us.
All parcels are sent in plain, unbranded packaging with no product details.
The return address on the label will show P.O. Labs.

Shipping Rates

• Germany: €5.95 (flat rate)
  
• European Union (excl. Germany): €12.95 (flat rate)
  We currently ship to Germany and all EU member countries only.
  

Processing Time

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Germany: approximately 1–2 business days
  
• Rest of EU: typically 2–7 business days, depending on destination and local delivery conditions.

Can I ship to a DHL Packstation?

Yes! We offer delivery to DHL Packstations within Germany.

To ensure smooth delivery, please enter the following information in the provided checkout fields:

• First & Last Name (must match your DHL Post number)
• Packstation Number (e.g., Packstation 108)
• Post Number (Postnummer)
• Postal Code & City of the Packstation

Please note: Your name must match the name registered to your DHL Postnummer to ensure successful delivery.

For international orders: Unfortunately, we cannot currently guarantee direct delivery to Packstations, parcel lockers, or pickup points outside Germany. Depending on your country and local delivery provider, alternative collection options may be available after dispatch.

For your privacy, all our orders are shipped in discreet, plain packaging, with P.O. Labs listed as the sender and no indication of the contents.o the Post number to ensure you can pick up the package.

Order Tracking

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your DHL tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery on the DHL website.

Important Notes

• Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate.
• If a delivery cannot be completed and is returned to us, additional shipping costs may apply.
• Returns are handled separately — please refer to our Returns Policy for details.
• For deliveries outside Germany, a minimum product value of €30 applies, including VAT and after discounts. Shipping is charged separately. There is no minimum order value for deliveries within Germany.
