Placing an Order

  1. Browse our products and select the items you wish to purchase.
  2. Add them to your shopping cart.
  3. Proceed to checkout.
  4. Enter your shipping details and choose your payment method.
  5. Confirm your order.

Once your payment is received, your order is usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Order Confirmation

  • An order confirmation email summarizing your items, shipping address, and payment.
  • A digital invoice (PDF) attached to the confirmation email.

We do not include a physical invoice in the package to maintain discretion and sustainability.

Modifying or Canceling an Order

  • Before dispatch: If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you may request changes or cancel it. Contact our support team immediately with your order number.
  • After dispatch: Once your order is shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Privacy & Security

  • Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
  • All transactions are handled securely by the payment provider.
  • We prioritize discretion: packages are unbranded and do not reveal their contents.
