Placing an Order
- Browse our products and select the items you wish to purchase.
- Add them to your shopping cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Enter your shipping details and choose your payment method.
- Confirm your order.
Once your payment is received, your order is usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

- A digital invoice (PDF) attached to the confirmation email.
We do not include a physical invoice in the package to maintain discretion and sustainability.
Modifying or Canceling an Order
- Before dispatch: If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you may request changes or cancel it. Contact our support team immediately with your order number.
- After dispatch: Once your order is shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
