At PercyOna, we want you to be confident in your purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns under certain conditions. Please read the details carefully.

Return Conditions

• Only unopened, unused items are eligible for return.
  
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  
• To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact form. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  

Items that have been opened or used cannot be refunded. If such items are returned, you will need to pay for their return shipment back to you.

Hygiene-Sealed Products

All hygiene products are shrink-wrapped in plastic before shipping to ensure safety and cleanliness.

Refunds can only be issued for products with the original plastic packaging fully intact.
If the shrink wrap or outer packaging has been opened, damaged, or removed, we cannot offer a refund.

Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed.
  
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  
• Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account after the item has been received.
