We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders in cases of limited stock or technical errors.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are displayed separately before checkout.
We accept the payment methods listed on our Orders & Payments page.
Your order will be processed once payment is received in full.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped with DHL within Germany and the European Union only.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are listed on our Shipping Information page.
The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned.
