23HAND

The internal structure of the Yuka-Ona Style PAD23 has been specially redesigned for use as a hand-held onahole. Introducing the 23HAND!
Based on feedback from users, the original PAD23 design has been adjusted to make it easier and more comfortable to use by hand. The result is a sleeve optimized specifically for handheld use.
The 23HAND features a distinctive internal structure built around layered folds and three-dimensional protrusions.
The first half contains triangular protrusions, while the second half transitions into block-shaped textures.
Despite its bold and stimulating internal design, it has been customized for handheld use, giving it a surprisingly smooth and gentle sensation once you try it.

Outer Material

The exterior is made from a firm, sakura-colored material that wraps around the entire sleeve.
The outer layer uses a high-elasticity material that provides a tight, responsive grip.

Internal Structure (Entrance to Midpoint)

From the entrance to the halfway point, the sleeve uses sakura-colored high-elasticity material.
This section features tall vertical folds that wrap and cling, designed to create a slow, relaxing sensation.

Internal Structure (Second Half / Deep Section)

The back half of the sleeve uses a soft red material.
This softer material pairs perfectly with the deeper section.
Since the deep area of the original design could feel too intense in a handheld version, the material was adjusted to soften the pronounced bumps and textures.
The deeper section has been carefully tuned to provide the ideal softness for the finishing moment.

The original concept remains the same:
“Play near the entrance, finish deeper inside.”
However, because the deeper section is softer, the sense of climax is dramatically enhanced.
The entrance is round and easy to use, and the overall sensation is designed to feel incredibly realistic.
